These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Airdrop Hunter iOS mobile application and website.
1. Informational & Educational Tool Only
Airdrop Hunter provides curated data, news, educational guides, and tracking interfaces regarding third-party cryptocurrency protocols and prospective token airdrops.
The Company is not a broker, dealer, financial advisor, investment consultant, or exchange. None of the information presented on the application or website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Participating in cryptocurrency protocols, testnets, liquidity pools, bridging operations, and airdrop campaigns involves substantial financial and technical risk:
- Smart Contract Risk: Unverified or experimental smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities or malicious logic resulting in the loss of deposited funds.
- Phishing & Fraud: Never enter seed phrases, private keys, or wallet credentials into any dApp. Airdrop Hunter will NEVER ask for your wallet keys.
- No Guarantee of Value: Airdrop allocations are decided entirely at the discretion of independent third-party protocols. Past reward performance is not indicative of future tokens.

All trademarks, branding, application software, UI designs, and curated editorial content on Airdrop Hunter are the intellectual property of ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SP. Z O.O. Protocol logos and trademarks belong to their respective third-party owners.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union.
