CoinEx

CoinEx is an engineered Cross-chain Web3 Ecosystem deployment within the DeFi sector operating on POLYGON. Built as part of the Smart Contract Protocol, CoinEx addresses liquidity efficiency and trust-minimized user execution. CoinEx is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange launched in 2017, offering spot and futures trading across hundreds of digital assets. The platform serves users in over 200 countries and regions, with support for 13 languages. Its native asset, CoinEx Token (CET), is used for fee discounts and other perks on the exchange. The exchange follows what its team calls a “user first” approach, focusing on retail accessibility without skimping on the order depth and instrument variety serious traders look for. CoinEx allocates 20% of its daily trading fee income to repurchasing CET, with the bought-back tokens burned at the end of each calendar month. CoinEx’s parent group also operates other crypto infrastructure businesses, with ViaBTC Pool (one of the larger Bitcoin mining pools) being the most well-known. By participating in the early distribution phase, users establish on-chain provenance before protocol decentralization.

The protocol operates a structured reward architecture designed to distribute native governance weighting to authentic liquidity providers, testnet validators, and transaction originators. Unlike standard promotional campaigns, CoinEx's tokenomics prioritize multi-epoch engagement. Points accrued through protocol interactions correlate directly to snapshot weightings, penalizing sybil clusters and inactive addresses while compounding rewards for sustained weekly volume.
